Ziza's Senior Shoot
I love word of mouth referrals and people that have seen my work who contact me to do shoots for them! This lovely lady, Ziza, contacted me a few weeks ago because she loved her Uncle's wedding pictures I did over a year ago. I was very excited that I made an impression on her, (though the wedding was beautiful, and was easy to photograph!). Funnily enough, she's also graduating from an Imagine School (a charter where I used to teach) so it was a really "small world" moment.
We headed to Las Sendas Golf Club, where I've recently started doing shoots after moving to East Mesa. Normally, I grab a cart and head to the back nine, but I noticed a lot of really cool spots around the parking lot that had flowers in boom, and recently seeded grass, so we stuck around the parking lot for the first part of the shoot.
After the session was about half over, we tried to grab a cart, but apparently I'm not allowed to shoot on the course, oops! I'm glad that I wasn't able to go to my "normal" spots because we found some really cool spots right around the clubhouse and restaurant.
We got some great shots of Ziza, and we joked that, "you'd never guess that her pictures were taken in a parking lot," haha!
